Tiktok ads conversion tips

I run tiktok ads but I feel like I am being pushed to the same people again and again and my conversions is getting worse. I tried to look for a way to exclude audiance who had an impressions of my ad in the custom audiance but it forces me to include an audiance so its not doable this way. Does anyone know a solution? Should I get a new tiktok ads account?
