Hello, I sell women's underwear products with tiktok ads. However, after spending some money on the ad, I get a disapproved error.Sometimes it detects sexual content in the video. (actually it's just a little belly visible) Sometimes it stalls the landing page and closes it thinking it's a weight loss product.Is there a solution to this? Is there a cloaker for Tiktok? I'm waiting for your help

Check adspect dot ai : on their website they've mentioned that their cloaker works for TikTok as well.
does it work for video ?

All TikTok ad formats are video based and that cloaker provider's website mentions that their cloaker works for TikTok as well. So, reply to your question would be "Yes".
Anyways a cloaker will have to be implemented on a resource outside the ad platform (be it TikTok or whatever), such as on a landing page, website, etc.
Now, how effective that cloaker is, one can know only by using it (ofcourse any cloaker needs to be setup properly so that it works the way it should work). I personally have not used that particular cloaker, so I do not know the exact setup details of that particular cloaker. But they do have enquires & customer & technical support available, and you may contact them.

Incase of cloaking being done, safe page better be as an article type (with good valuable type of written content, etc) and money page can be a pure store type.
