Hi everyone, I'm from Morocco, I tried to open a TikTok ads account but they didn't let me do that, donno whyyy, is there anyway to get one, should I buy one any trusted websites or sellers here in BHW ? any help will be much appreciated

5oya, I think you can create a new account with vps and login with USA sim card

There is an agency called ConnectAds that has an exclusive contract with TikTok which means if you want to target Morocco or any country in North Africa ( or even in the Middle East i think ) you need to contact that agency. Unfortunately they sell account with a at least 1000$ as a balance.
