Tiktok ads account getting suspended over and over again. HELP!

I have been creating TikTok ads accounts for a while now using the Dolphyn anti-detect browser and webshare.io proxies. They worked well until recently, when my accounts started getting suspended after spending only $5-$10, even with normal white hat campaigns for warming them up. I tried changing my PayPal email, which I had used for multiple accounts before without any issues, but it didn’t help. I wonder if the proxies are the problem, or maybe PayPal itself. I’m at a loss of what to do next.
