Tiktok ad suspended

Hi guys, did anyone got his account banned for no reason on tiktok ? I just run ads for my brand, not blackhat, only ecommerce. I advertise on all platforms, only on tiktok i got suspended. I appealed but they still didnt close the ban.

Is this your first suspend? Or have you created Tiktok ad accounts before in the past?
