TikTok Ad Manager - Receiving bot traffic

Been running traffic campaigns the last few weeks now dealing with bot traffic, tried everything I could regarding issues that could be on my end to prevent this but have come to the conclusion that this is solely an issue i'm dealing with from TikTok themselves, tried making new account's, new ads, new creatives and all results in the same problem, it's not a small % either it's around 80-85% of the traffic making even the best performing ads unprofitable. If anyone has any suggestions to help with this would be extremely grateful
