TikTok accounts with links

Hey, guys.

I have 3 accounts with website links. And I can put my affiliate link there.
I did get all of them from registration on my 3 android phones.

But recently, I tried to register on the latest Android phones of my friends and did't receive any account with the opportunity to put a website link.

How do you farm these accounts?
What determines the receipt of the link?

Yesterday I looked a little for information, and maybe I was just lucky to get these accounts. Perhaps, it was just TikTok tests for the future.
