TikTok accounts that I can have?

I searched and found out that I can have up to 3 TikTok accounts per device.

That means I can have 3 accounts for my phone, 3 for iPad, 3 for my office computer, and 3 for my home computer... total 12 accounts, correct?

But, can I access TikTok accounts that I made with my home computer with my phone, while I'm on the road?

Am I going to have an issue using the same IP address?

Your input and knowledge on this matter is greatly appreciated.

With 12 accounts on the same IP you might not end up having a problem, as you go up in number though it will be more likely to cause issues. I've ran something like 10-20 accounts uploading daily across multiple devices and had no problem in the past.

Thanks for your input, I really appreciated it.
However, if I made an account with the phone then I can only upload with phone and if I made the account with my home computer, I have to only upload thru my home computer, correct?
 
I'm more comfortable with running TikTok accounts on the PC like creating a video with Capcut and uploading video through the PC.
Does accessing TikTok through a PC have the same capability and function as a mobile phone to run the TikTok?
 
Make sure you are not performing too many actions on those dozen accounts, the IP may get flagged
