TikTok isn’t banned in the U.S. yet, but it’s definitely in some hot water. Back in April 2024, a law got passed that might either ban the app or force it to sell because of concerns about its ties to China. TikTok's currently fighting back in court, so while you can still use it for now, its future is kinda up in the air. We’ll have to see how the courts rule later this year to know what’s next!
