It's ok but you still need VPN or proxy to change IP address to USA. You can create tiktok US account by yourself. But i think before they give you the account, it should be warmed up carefully. Because changing IP address on newly created account is "red flag" signal and TikTok can suspended this account.

It might work at first, but TikTok will likely detect your real location and adjust your reach to your country.
As far as I know, TikTok will not only rely on the country when creating an account but also look at IP, GPS location (if enabled), SIM, device language and login behavior to determine the "country" and distribute content.

you can just buy a usa residential proxy and you can create usa accounts in tiktok
It might work, but as soon as you log in from outside the US, TikTok can detect the location and switch content or flag the account. If you need it to stay “USA,” you’d have to keep the IP and device footprint consistent, often using a US mobile proxy that would help you better.

It's funny. I see a lot of people talking about this. I'm American but I'm not in America right now. I created my account overseas. But I just use a proxy and my content is shown to American users. And it's not even a fancy proxy, it's a commercial proxy. Not TOO popular like Nord I guess but it's still pretty popular. Not sure why I wasn't shadow banned or anything like that.

if your friend registers the account normally with us info, then i think logging into it from your country’s ip should be fine. but if you want the account to target viewers in the us, you’ll need to add a proxy or vpn so tiktok continues distributing your videos to us audiences. if you’re running more than one account, it’s safer to log each account with its own proxy on a separate device. and of course, if you don’t have multiple devices, antidetect browsers like gologin, dolphin, or hidemyacc can help with that.

Yeah it’ll work, but since you’re logging in outside the US, TikTok may still show content from your region unless you use a US number or IP.
