Might be shadowbanned. How many videos are you posting and how quickly in between each post?
 
There could be a plethora of reasons for this, being shadowbanned is one of them. You should provide a lot more context if you want to get good advice. It's like saying " my car isn't running" to a mechanic over the phone without mentioning any other symptoms.

apart from shadow banned, it can be IP problem too, cuz once I create account in a country then move to another country, then all videos I posted dont have views
