Tik tok Usa audience with proxy not working

HI, i got myself socks5 static ip from iproyal and set it up on my android motorola phone correctly. i checked that my ip is from new york so it works!!, but when i posted couple videos on tik tok it got 99% viewers from romania and nothing from the usa and yes videos was in english, but im wondering why is this like this

Try mobile ones?
 
As weird as it sounds the proxy might only work for the browser and not all apps
 
Same here. Only difference is i get traffic from Russia. Using Usa static residental proxies.
 
Maybe check if tiktok has permission to see your location, you might need to change this in the phone using an app also

it has no permission to see my location, but its funny that im not even from romania and it gives me viewers from romania

I have the same problem, have you found the reason yet?
 
Isnt it called a leak, and that the proxy is unclean and not good for the use like tiktok?
 
I never use proxy with my phone I only use vpn with my phone. But as far as I know proxy only works with one browser. Are you using it correctly?
 
TikTok may prioritize your past interactions and device location over the proxy IP. Check your account settings and app language to ensure they're set to target the USA audience.
 
bro , firsly u need to create account from usa ip
then while uplouding video , u have use usa ip
but most important thing is, u have to be sure , that phone is fully cleared from previous usage and u use it without sim
tik tok detect ur region from sim card
