Tik Tok is weird

I think its just their algo, I posted 2 videos, one got around 21k views and the other around 300. Thats a big difference, its how their algo works that we need to analyze. I think after some views they rate the video and either serve to more users or let it dry out.

Once you notice you are shadow banned. Stop posting, leave your account for atleast 2 weeks to allow the ban go away. I think posting after you are shadow banned makes the ban last longer.

Looks like you are shadow banned, try deleting recent videos and you might come back to normal.
