You can use your local wifi, TikTok only cares about your sim if you have it in the phone. If you don't have a sim card then you need an ip of the country you want to target.

Hey LScro, I'm currently using US sim inside my phone and also activated the VPN to target US. From what I understand, there's no need to also use the VPN?

No need for VPN if you have a US sim in the phone, you can use your local wifi.

If you only need 1 account, I think you need 1 US residential proxy and 1 sms provider is enough. The cost per month will be more optimal
