Tik Tok clear keychain data on iPhone

I’ve played around with XCode but it can only clear keychain of apps you own not third party apps like Tik Tok. Another solid idea is factory restoring via MDM to a version that has apps and settings installed. Have you guys ever played with this concept?

Right, XCode limits you to your own apps’ keychains. Factory reset through MDM makes sense if you want a clean slate with pre-installed stuff, but it’s heavy and not always practical. I’ve tested similar setups works, but managing it at scale gets tricky fast.

Also could reset from an unencrypted backup to achieve a similar effect without MDM. But I’m not sure how long the restoration process takes. Especially if you have a lot of apps

Backup restore works but can be slow if you have many apps. Not the quickest option.

I also tried sideloading a second installation of tik tok with a different bundle ID but the second instance crashes immediately upon start up.
 
Third-party keychains are protected, so Xcode won’t work. MDM factory restore is your best bet if you need a clean slate.

Have you played around with MDM to do this?
 
I tested Xcode tricks, but Apple’s sandboxing prevents touching another app’s keychain, TikTok included.

It’s certainly possible on a jailbroken device but I believe tik tok can detect jailbreaks and punish you for it

That usually happens because the app detects multiple instances or conflicts with shared resources like cache or permissions. TikTok’s probably designed to block running twice on the same device. Without rooting or special tools, sideloading a second copy often isn’t stable.
 
Yeah, clearing TikToks keychain data isn’t straightforward factory restore seems like the only real workaround for now

Yeah I’ll do MDM but requires a MaC I’ll get it soon.
 
You could also consider using a sandboxed environment or virtual device for testing it avoids touching the main device while giving you control over app data and settings without full resets.
 
Using virtual environments definitely adds flexibility, but balancing convenience with realistic testing conditions is key sometimes nothing beats testing on an actual device for accurate results.
