TIK TOK AD ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

Hi guys...recently i'm facing every time tik tok ads account suspensions...I tried almost evrything I know (used also ads account rented from agencies, tested 2 agencies, to avoid cards connection), but still facing suspensios....What I tried also to avd any connection to my stores/cards etc is to use Proxy (IP ROYAL, Static Residential) and anty detect browser (DOLPHIN), but same issue. Basically once opneded the ad account and launched the first campaign (tried reach without connecting the store), with a video home made (so not against the policy)....ISTANT SUSPENSION....Guys, are you facing the same, had you in the past? Do you have any suggestion/solution? Thanks

Hey, I understand the issue you’re facing. Lately, TikTok has become quite challenging for running ads, even for WH. Have you tried using an RDP?

Hi, no. Only proxy / anty detect browser but still have issues.
 
Are you using a new domain? Or the website used for those ads is the same that was previously banned?
 
Yes tik tok became stricter lately because of issue with USA. I would recommend a new phone and maybe proxy. Hope this helps!

I tried all versions let's say...first I ddin't change the domain and also worked...after I changed the domain and worked for a bit (like couple of weeks)....now even if i recreate the store from scratches (so new domain and also new shopify account)....still suspended...Recently basically doesn't even let me run a normal starting reach campign (so without store connected) or a traffic campaign (with the store connected).

Multilogin u mean like deifferent proxies? and yes anti detect too....I use proxies (always new one) and anti detect DOLPHIN....but no luck

Make sure everything below is unique:

- IP (Buy a residential proxy)
- Credit card (a new one, never used before)
- Domain (not previoulsy banned)
- Product page (I know it's easy to duplicate and migrate your previous website exactly like it was, but try to paraphrase your description, change the name of the product, use different photos, etc)
- Of course, different and unique email, phone number, another browser profile, different name if possible, etc)
- Different creatives, videos and photos

Thanks for the clear reply! Really appreciated....so far I have used "Static Residential"...might be this the issue? Should I use Instead "Residential"...also I have a question regarding the card (Is ok to create a new card virtual, from the same company account, or can tik tok somehow detect the comapny owning is the same)?....as mentioned i tried also two agencies, and the payment method in that case was at bm level (so no connection to my cards), but still same outcome...(Regarding the other points I have always respected them)

but isn't requested always a phone...or can be added random number too...not always requested a verification
 
I think it could be the payment method or your ad as everything else seems to be fine

Do you think isn't the proxy the issue? I use Static residential and Dolphin anty. (I also just noticed tho that I don't select Macos, but windows instaed when using ANty)..might this cause some issue/detection?....Regarding the payment when using agency rented ads account isn't mine the payment method, So I assume yes, can be in case I use mine, but not when using the agency ad account....Can a VCC provider solve the situation? like PST
 
Yes, tiktok is getting stricter and stricter, would it be better to suggest that you go and try to use some of the older accounts
 
Landing pages that aren't working properly, have outdated content, or aren't optimized for mobile devices can also cause ads to be paused.

TikTok bans may be due to flagged accounts or device fingerprints. Try warming up accounts, fresh devices, and trusted agency accounts.
