Hi Guys, I continuosly get ad account suspended and I'm trying various options in order to find a solution...I'm trying to understand where is the issue, at which stage. Basically the suspension now happen as soon as i add the credit balance and start a reach campaign (Tik Tok Channel isn't yet connected to any store). I tried with ad accounts purchased, and used a Proxy (Static Residential) and Anty detect browser (Dolphin) to do the first login and add the payment method, added a new virtual card from a Bank account which I never used before for tik tok payments (ofc the company owner(card holder is the same of the other bank accounts used before, but I don't think that tik tok once I add the card, can get info related to the bank account) PS: As a card order name I use the same company name of the Business (so the same of the VAT related)....does anyone knows where can be the issue?

However, using a new virtual card can raise suspicion in the system, especially if the card is linked to a previously used account.

You need to use emulation software to hide your identity better. Please try using Hidemium, I have been using it for more than 1 year and my tiktok account has less of this problem.

if the problem occurs continuously , change 1 proxy / 1 account . or change your campaign edit , avoid old content it may have been flagged

I'm using always new proxy on a anty detect browser etc. I tried also agencies ad accounts (new store created on new proxies etc)...awlways same issue. in some cases also doesn't even start the first traffic or reach campaign (White product and video made from 0)

There's a lot of setup you can do using your Android or iPhone which will let you fly under the radar with reasonable success, including altering your device's specs. Talking actual device here, not the emulated one because I heard those are especially tricky and require more technical skill to configure and not appear as an emulator on TikTok. As for using VCC, not sure if that necessarily affects your account negatively but if you can, it might be best to avoid it seems.

Yes ive seen many other people with this same issue. Make sure you use a proxy that isn't already flagged. New email, new card to be safe.

new VCC can be made from the same Bank account? Or somehow can detect the company owning the bank account that created the new VCC (Billing address and Cardholder etc)

Your TikTok ad account may be flagged due to several factors. Using a new payment method, especially a virtual card, or mismatched business details can raise suspicions. Proxy usage, especially inconsistent locations or IP addresses, may also trigger flags. Additionally, sudden spending spikes or running high-budget campaigns without a solid history can look suspicious. If your TikTok channel isn't connected to a store, this may also contribute to the suspension. It's recommended to verify your business account, avoid overusing proxies, and start with smaller campaigns to build trust.
