I'm currently doing follow/unfollow on my account got just over 400 followers but my engagement is very low. The content is high quality and has potential to go viral, do you think I'm shadowbanned? I see other people on the forum growing much better and reaping really good engagement, any ideas what I can do to improve it?

How long does shadow ban last for?
 
You don't get shadowbanned from follow unfollow. This is a myth. It is from using copyrighted videos, making tons of accounts on one device, illegal content etc.

Totally agree on that. Not sure why people think they are shadowbanned and how they "verify" it.

90% of these "Shadowbans" are people posting shitty content and thinking their videos will blow up just because it's easier on TikTok lol
