They are actually the same company and i am sure they have a few other hosting companies they scam people from.

Tigersites.com + Greengeeks.com

They start of very nice and promises gold and 24/7 support and no outsource support. After a month they tell you that your no traffic site is crashing their server and kick you out. Even if they have 30 days refund they will not pay it back. I had 20 diffrent emails promising me the money back but nothing.

They do not have any 24/7 support they sleep, only USA day time the support is working i had the chat open for a week every day USA night and nobody was in the office. I even called them and they all sleep.

Last month the hosting was week for over a week.

It is a two or maybe five people company at MAX.

The affiliate system pays 50 USD per referral does not work we tried a few times and got nothing. We had to write to them and tell them about it.

I lost 200 USD on these scum bags.

if any admin wants proof i have plenty of emails

Affiliate program tracks real time and 100% here. They have a good reputation for a reason.

What kind of stuff were you doing on these servers? The fact that you posted on BHW might give some indication. lol

I was not doing any blackhat stuff on the servers. What you mean here? I have email from the admin of the affiliate telling me it does not work.

I have tons of email from them closing the server and kicking out people not only me.

They have a good reputation because they have high affiliate money not because they are any good. They just rent a server from the Planet put up a template and thats it.

It does not make any sense to pay 50US to a 80 US dollar plan does it?

I told them i want to leave before the 30 days mark and they have been promise me money back ever since for 2 month now.

That's average payout for web hosting affiliate programs, you need to post this evidence if you want anyone to take you seriously

I do not have to prove to you. If any admin wants proof i have plenty. Feel free to let the customer support chat on and see how long it takes before they pick. USA night time. The problem is not about the affiliate program even if that is one of their program but the face they not pay back money.

This is Trey Gardner CEO of TigerSites.

This email will let you know about the downtime issue we experienced earlier this week as well as your compensation and our resolutions for making sure that this does not occur again.

First please allow me to apologize for the approximately 60 hours of downtime on your web hosting accounts. This was the result of a server file system check gone awry which I have in described in 2 previous emails regarding this event. (We can resend those emails to anyone who did not get them.) This event was highly unusual and protocol and procedures are already in place to prevent this from happening again in the future.

I also would like to apologize that our timetable estimates of resolution in the emails we sent Monday July 27th did not hit their mark as we had expected. We encountered some additional difficulties with reestablishing service on a new server which we had not expected.

more like 1 week

Average? for a shared hosting that you will pay more then 50 % to the affiliate i do not think so. Maybe for a bigger package.
