When I am building linkwheels when should I insert the links? I have been creating web 2.0's with no OBL's and just keeping track of which ones will be 2nd tiers and which ones 3rd tiers. When I do begin to link then, should I start with the 2nd tiers to my money site or the 3rd tiers to the 2nds? Sorry if this is a stupid question I have searched the forum quite a bit without finding an answer.

Opinions will differ, as will results... in the end, the most important thing is that you keep track of what you're trying. Treat SEO like a science and you will be rewarded.
I was pretty sure i wasn't going to get a definitive answer, I think I will connect the second tiers to the money site after a few days then add the third tiers and wait awhile to begin blasting them. I had read somewhere here that IBL may factor into the deletion algorithm for a lot of web 2.0's. Has anyone here had problems with them going away?
