Tiered link building - how is it right?

Hi. I want to do a link pyramid for the first time according to the scheme:
Tier 1 - links from quality sites
Tier 2 - 10 links from profiles with relevant text for each Tier 1 link
Tier 3 - 100 redirect links (like google.com?url ...) for each Tier 2 link

Questions:
1) Is the ratio of the number of links for each level normal?
2) Should I also do Tier 4 in the form of spam with Xrumer?
3) Are redirect links ok as a 3 tier, or is it better to order articles via web 2.0? Or, as Tier 3, is it better to spam with Xrumer?
4) Does time affect the construction of the entire pyramid? Is it possible to build in a few days or is it better to stretch over a few weeks?
5) Is it worth index all levels through speed-links or indexinject? Is it possible to post everything at once or somehow need to be broken evenly?

Or can someone share a good guide?

P.S. Sorry for my English

1) in SEO, numbers are not written in stone. You usually use a mix of common sense, safe numbers, and averages of competitors' numbers... or something like that

2) if your planned pyramid fails you could do some xrumer blast, yes. It won't harm you (at that point) if you point it to your tier 3 backlinks

3) I think they are too weak. Some folks even say that they're completely useless, but I don't know who's right and who's wrong. Personally, I'd use 100k-200k auto-approve blog comments and some wiki / bookmarks / article directories as tier 3, but... it's your call in the end, you do whatever you want

4) SEO experts say that it's better to dripfeed the links and I used to agree with them. But then I took the time to think this through logically, and I've come to the common sense conclusion that it doesn't matter if you dripfeed the shitty links or not because the googlebot doesn't discover / crawl those links anyway nowdays. So, you could build 1 million of those bad links in 1 minute and google would not find them for years. In my opinion is more important to drip-crawl the URLs where your backlinks are rather than dripfeed the backlinks creation process, because if google visits those URLs periodically over several months it looks just like if you've dripfed your backlinks creation. But, like I said, this is how I'm seeing this dripfeeding aspect of SEO, and I might or might not be right, I don't know. It's just how I go about doing it

5) you don't need to break anything evenly because indexing services don't work well anymore, and it won't matter how scrumptious you are with your SEO because google won't index your links anyway. Just throw all of your links in all indexers you can find, set them to drip feed over 1 week - 1 month and pray that all of those indexers combined can index even 10% of your links :D

focus on Content. Build quality content matching the KW
dont waste time and money, even 1 cent, on backlink
dont believe on what called DA DR RD, useless, I see many site with that low metrics still rank in top 5 pos with KW

Thank you for such a detailed answer, very helpful! There were also such thoughts about point 4, such as why drag out the process if Google indexes for a long time anyway)

Content is good, but what benefits: content + links or just content? Otherwise, the top would have articles without links at all, you can google "seo guide" and see the link profile of top sites

In my opinion, if you have good content, just go with tier 1, quality over quantity is my winning strategy, and offers you can do more to promote your suite besides building 1000+ links.
Like using social media, finding a resource page where you can post your power page, oh yes, quality power page is a must-have, etc.
