Hello,

I'm gonna star building tiered links for one of my sites. It is not in english.

Is it a good idea to build links from English websites to my money site?

as far as i know, it wont be a problem
i ranked many websites before with this type and it ran successfully

yes, Its won't be problem, You can create links for non English site
