Tiered link building campaign?

So for tier1 links I make a link pointing back to my site and it must be in anchor text. The anchor text must be having the primary keyword/niche targeted keyword? So tier1 links can be made by myself and it shoul'd not be spun content. So which means I can use blogger from google to create a tier1 link, meaning I make an article 400 to 500 words and it must be unique not copied as long as it passes copyscape. I can even use TBS or WAC to get the unique content for tier1? So for tier1 if i wanted to build 12 to 15links. Which means it woul'd be somewhere about 15sites and coul'd the same blogger account be used for creating these sites then 3-4 unique articles of 400-500 words each and spin them using ezarticlespinner. So this woul'd be tier1?

Keep it for Tier 2. Buy quality blog post and guest post links for Tier 1 with 100% unique contents. Use bloggers and web 2.0 sites to rank your blog post and guest post link urls.

1.)Keep what for tier2?
2.)What's quality blog posts links and guest posts links for tier1?
3.)Do i make the blogger site myself and how many if so?

Is there a tutorial guide for beginner who doesn't understand this. A pdf maybe or a link which shows a complete beginner with these. So what are the tools such as Senuke for then.

1.web 2.0 , pdf guest post with unique content
2. Second tier wiki,social bookmarking,social networks etc
3.Third tier forum profiles,comment backlinks and indexing.

There is no set rules for how you build pyramid links, everyone does it differently.

The essence is to hope the links pointing to your money site gets PR or become authority someday or soonest.

The most important thing is to use quality content, high PR sites and point your anchor well.

I have senuke xcr. What woul'd i use it for. So i don't have to make these tiers myself i coul'd just find a blog to comment guest posting. Does it have to be a high pagerank. That woul'd be tier1 and the anchor text must target the keyword i want to rank for tier1. Tier2 what keyword qoul'd i target and tier3 what keyword woul'd i target?

Why am i not surprised no more replies. Where is a guide for beginners. Does the search function have a guide for beginners in backlinking and tier building and using softwares?

1. Make tier 1 manual with related anchor text (link your money site) using web 2 properties like blogger, yola, weebly, etc.. Use 100% unique content for it. No spinner. This is your tier 1.

2. Link (use the software) the web 2s (tier 1) to social bookmarks, wiki links, etc... This is tier 2.

3. Link (use the software) the tier 2 (social bookmarks, wiki links, etc...) to blog commenting, forum profile, etc... This is tier 3.

I don't understand this. What are you trying to say. I have Senukexcr how or what now to do with it?
