Tier 1: Web 2.0 (Manually Built with unique contents)
Tier 2: Article directories/blog comments/social bookmarking/profile links
Tier 3: blog comments/.edu links/forum profile/web directories
That is how I am planning my link building but its just a draft, I might be editing it but that's the key concept of tiered back links

Actually problem is bescause currently I'm really thight on budget. Have like $30 now, but I will get another $50 in next few days.
To use Scrapebox for Tier 2 and 3 links? How I can build HQ Tier 1 links manually without $xxx budget?
Yeah! They are not bad for Tier 2 and 3 backlinks, but I can't build Tier 1 links with tool.

Don't build Tier 1 links with a tool. Create a web 2.0 site for your Tier one then use tier 2 and 3 to promote the web 2.0

I do tier linking building method for most of my sites and the result is well. Tier link building is used create thousand of different paths for google spiders to find you site hence. Also the quality layers i.e tier 1 will protect your money site from different spammy back links. For example ... its like a filtration process ! You money site receive only the quality links .
If you are on tight budget .. write your own articles and submit them to your money site. For now you can do this and then buy a GSA and SCARPEBOX for tier 2,3 and so on ! But blasting with SCRAPBOX to tier 1 is not something i recommend !

I'm a little confused as to what Tier 1 links are. Create a web 2.0 site for Tier one? Does that mean I would have to create a second site?
For Example, Lets say I have a blog with quality original posts that is my main site I want to rank and I would like to backlink to. Would I create another web 2.0 site for Tier one links?
I'm a little new to this.

The general idea behind quality backlinks is as follows:
Tier 1: Niche related posts on web 2.0's or wordpress blogs.
Tier 2: More web 2.0's and wordpress blogs linking back to your tier 1 links, Facebook, Twitter, Google+ is especially important.
Tier 3: Xrumer or Magicsubmitter nuke to your Tier 2 links.

Hey. I am pretty new to this link building too. But 6 months ago i didn't even know how to create homepages or any coding at all.. now i got few sites and have made some money so i consider myself a good learner
However, I am pretty confused about the fact how does these tiers benefit my money site? Do I have to gain traffic to those web 2.0 tiers to benefit from them or what? Does heavy spamming to tiers have other benefits to my money site even I don't have any traffic at all in those web 2.0 tiers? Forgive me for these stupid questions

You don't necessarily have to gain traffic to them, the idea is that the link juice will be passed between tiers before eventually reaching your money site. Personally I'd stay away from the "heavy spamming" approach and try to keep the tiers as natural as possible. I know a lot of people are advocating spun comments, profile posts etc, but there's no reason why you can't build a manual, and safer, tiered operation. Takes a little longer, but my view is that it will last a hell of a lot longer as well.Hey. I am pretty new to this link building too.
