Just wondering if there is any tier list type review of backlink/ranking software. It can be a pros and cons list as well, or just any sort of detailed compilation.

You can try GSA.. But doing it manually is far better.

GSA is good for link building but there are too many things to cover whenever you use a bot for link building.
I have been using GSA, RankerX, and Money Robot. All three are good for tier linking for direct links of website, but RankerX and Money Robot has limited number of websites to send links.
Money Robot said it has 5000+ website but barely 1200 work, RankerX has around 1000 websites and around 850 work. GSA can create unlimited backlinks but URL will need to be filtered a lot.
GSA is my favourite because I can generate a large number of backlinks with it and there is a great diversity of link types. There is no limit of number of websites unless I stop adding URLs to it. I have around 5k verified domains with GSA and 500 domains are spammy rest are good. I always filter them before running project.

Do you send 5k domains to your money site directly?

Definitely do not do that if you’re serious about SEO. Blasting domains with links is a thing of the past.

No, it depends on competition and niche to send backlinks according to requirement. Like one of my website need backlinks from 7k domains, I did built them to beat competitors.
Backlink count solely depend on competition and quality of backlinks.

Yeah, I know this. I have many projects, so I can manage links with link quality.
