Tier links amazon site question

Hello,

I am starting a tier link building seo campaign for my amazon sites. I want to know that can I place my amazon affiliate links also on 2nd and 3rd tier link sites ?

I think it will give more sales.

For example If I made some squidoo pages with link to my main website and if I place my affiliate links not only on the main website but also on these squidoo pages ?

is it allowed by amazon ?

I often see amazon affiliate links on high quality Squidoo pages and I'm 100% sure it's allowed there. I saw that people also place amazon links in other high quality web 2.0 properties (blogger, hubpages). However amazon links can't be used in PDF or in email campaign it's a TOS violation
