Tier linkbuilding question

I have few writers whom are creating unique content (3 per week) on ~50 blogs platforms
I will use the blogs as Tier 1.


Do you think this schema will be efficient?
Tier 2 : RankWyz
Tier3 : Dripable + indexing service (Linklicious, Lindexed or Indexification)


Also, I'm thinking to add social signals to money site and i don't know what to do with social bookmarks.

Setup a Twitter account and Facebook page and hit those with the social bookmarks. If you're feeling adventurous buy some retweets then gather the list of links to the tweets and bookmark those too.

Tiering is a dangerous game these days, don't go out and blast your 100 tier 2 links with 10,000 tier3's do it slowly over time.

The network is for my personal use only so it will be slow.
A lot of networks are for english websites and as I'm not targeting these language, I thought it would be better to create my personal network.
Everything will be slow. I will create a momentum to each blog post quickly like it happens for good blog posts and after 2/3 days, the next one will have a momentum, etc...
