Hi, I am new here and learning SEO from both ways.I want to ask that Is Tier Backlink process is recommended for long term blogs. If Google catch my blog then it will effect my tier 2 and tier 3 levels ?Not my Original Website !

If you're just beginning to learn SEO, I strongly suggest you to focus on keyword research and content marketing first. I am saying this because excessive link building can be harmful to your blog/site and if that happens, it's going to be major setback to your IM career. On the other hand if you spend enough time to dig out good keywords, and come up with great content ideas, you will have some traffic and money trickling in and your confidence will grow enough to venture into more active SEO activities.

I was just assuming that you're a beginner, my apologies if you're experienced in all this.

Answering your question, tiered link building is a safe approach as long as the tier1 links are super clean. But yes, Google may move up the tiers at some point, can't say anything about that.

Yes, focus upon content and direct links for now. Tier things up once you are confident with what you are doing.

Agreed. Don't try setting up any tiered systems. Focus on great keyword specific and semantic content that has value to the visitor. If you are going to do some linking do direct linking, don't try setting up any sort of network until you really really understand it.

Create some manual web 2.0's and link them to your money site. Use 100% original content and make them look legit. Start with 5 and see what it does. If nothing changes in a month make 5 more. Just play it by ear, every site is different. Just do not purchase any Fiverr gigs claiming to point 10,000 links at your site.

you should focus more on keyword research and content now than creating tier2 links...
then build tier1 links slowly..
