I used GSA ser to blast Tier 2 contextual blacklinks to PBN site, the lot of Tier 2 links gain the higher SERP than the PBN page where the Tier 2 links to.
What's going on?

Your PBNs are simply not good enough.

If this happens with PBN sites outranking your money site, then that's a good thing, but this is really bad.
