Tier 2 Links

I have moved on to more "high quality" "white hat" "guest post" style posts and I've seen some good results but I also worry about blasting my site with too many of these. I'm considering sending curated links to some of the guest posts (not PBN links) or just sending curated links to my site but I'm not sure what the right approach is. I've heard of tier 2 and tier 3 in packages I've bought but I've never gone out of my way to build them.

I know it would be unethical to point shitty PBNs and links to the pages I have nice links from but what about sending cheaper "white hat" guest posts or curated links to them? Is this an effective technique or should I just keep plowing away with higher quality guest posts to different pages on my website and good curated links to my website?
