Aha! ive been testing readability on my spins and this is actually quite tough to achieve by auto spinning. Do you use this for your tier 2's ?

Depends on what your niche is doing, and how hard the keywords are you're targeting. Better content is better, but if you are in a spammy niche for an easy keyword it may not be as big of an issue as if you were targeting Best Buy for the keyword "electronics." But you'll never know the added value of better content until you test it out.

No, I think for tier 2 you can use spun content.

That is not mandatory. You can use spun content as well but that has to be relevant for sure.

spun content is enough ..its use to create backlink for tire 1 site

You can use spun content for tier2 but make sure that it's readable.
