TIER 2 BACKLINK

any backlinks will work, but I usually prefer web 2.0s, article directories, spammed PBNs, blog comments
 
web 2.0s, profiles, and any rankerx type of links, GSA contextual links and cheap pbns should do the work
 
Tier 2 backlinks is a link that is built to one of your existing links on your website. Tier 2 links are generally built to backlinks that have lower page authority but a higher level of domain authority, you wouldn't build Tier2 links to a DR20 website for instance. Perfect for boosting up existing links.

I Meant to Get ******** blog comments from Several High da pa Sites ! No blogspot links , They are seriously trash backlinks !

Can you tell me what is "da" and "pa"? And why only blog comments? Can other type, for example web2.0, of tire-2 backlinks damage website?

DA - Domain authority
PA - Page authority

Web 2s can still do the job but they have no power like before.

If you decide to build them, do it on your own or hire VA to do it for you manually, don't use any software, or if you decide to go with software don't go over the line - meaning, never build 100s of links on a site with 0 previous backlinks.

Tier 2 are links pointing to your tier 1 so that tier 1 can get exposure from other links and that makes search engines notice the tier one links. Have web 2.0s, profiles, and other Links pointing to your tier 1 give tier 1 to get indexed fast.
 
Actually, it doesn't matter because a lot of them won't be indexed if you don't put in additional effort/money.
So just make a blast.
 
Manual submissions and cheap PBNs(Spun and spun edit )works well
