Tier 2 & 3 Tool

i jsut found this tool trough the google search (and im not affiliated to it):

i got alot of backlinks e.g. on profile pages, and they are not indexed by google. what do you think: can i use this tool to index them and set a few tier2 links to my profile pages? is this tool worth anything or not? anyone already tested it?
