Tier 2-3 links building

Hey guys,
What do you use for no-follow auto approve blog comments? I'm not currently able to get RankerX or something better. I have a license of Scrapebox and I haven't used it for a while. Can I use it to build my T2 and T3 links? Where can I get/buy a list for it?

If you have a license of Scrapebox, You should buy a other license from RankerX or GSA to post a lists for Tier 2 or Tier 3 links. You can easily scrape lists yourself if you have scrapebox
