Hi everyone. I'd like to know more about tiered link building.
If anyone already had success with it, please answer my questions:
1. Is link profile/anchor text ratio also important on Tier 1/Tier 2 links?
2. If my Tier 1 links were penalized, will it affect my money site in any way?
3. What kind of anchor text do you use? Can I just use exact/partial/LSI or do I also need branded/naked URL anchor texts on my Tier 1/Tier 2 links just like on my money site?
4. What platforms do you use as your buffer sites? (e.g Web 2.0)

And also, please give me some advice. Thanks in advance!

And then you wonder why nobody answers. Well, it's because all your questions have already been discussed here multiple times, and you didn't even bother to search for these answers.

3. I would use %url% macro somewhere in settings( i have a feeling you are using ser)
 
1. Yes, of course anchor text ratio is important, especially tier 1s.
2. If you have many penalized links pointing to your money site then your rankings may slip, however 1 or 2 won't do too much damage.
3. Common sense marketing, You should have exact/partial/LSI, generics, brand keywords, naked urls... the lot, looks way more natural.
4. Lists of web 2.0s can be found all over BHW.

1. More important on tier 1, less important on tier 2 and beyond.
2. Maybe, maybe not. What you should be concerned about (with regard to penalties) is your money site, not your tier 1 links.
3. Yes
4. Search for a list of web 2.0 sites on Google. There's lots of 'em.
