Tier 1 question

So my plan is to manually spin unique articles but put each spun in different web 2.0

For example, I have a list of articles,
How to eat
How to sleep
How to cry

Then I'll post to different Web 2.0 sites so

Wordpress
How to eat, how to sleep How to cry

Weebly
How to eat(spun), How to sleep (spun), How to cry (spun)

Blogger
How to eat(spun), How to sleep (spun), How to cry (spun)

same thing with other web 2.0

Is this safe to do even though the original is 100% unique and the original is going to be in one of the tier 1's?

Hoth does something similar to this in their package. Personally, I'd keep your top level web 2.0s (tier 1) with 100% unique content. Not saying that manually spun doesn't work, but it's just so much better with unique content. Less of a footprint, more value to users, safe from panda. Just my .02

Randomize the number of articles and use different article subjects for each Web 2.0.

Its going to look strange if there are 30 web 2.0s linking to a site and all the web 2.0s have the same number of articles and the same article subjects.

weebly:how to eat(spun),how to cry(spun) -2
blogger:how to talk(spun), how to sleep(spun), how to eat(spun) -3
so something around tht general idea?

Oh and I also plan to link to other blogs/sites to increase diversity but those will have anchor keywords that I'm not targeting.

Also one more question. For Tier 1 web 2.0s, can I just set them up with content then forget about them?

quick question, might sound silly but ... what does the negative number indicate for example -4 versus -2?

It's just the number of articles per said site.
I typed that on my phone so the structure of that comment sucks

I prefer to use a series of unique articles for my tier one,
i barely spin expect if am spinning word for word,
sentence for sentence..

Since the panda update it's risky spinning articles..

You can, but you will be sacrifing your long term benefits from those links. That is, they will tend to lose their effect over time. Once you have them established you should update with new content a couple of times a month if you want long term benefit from those links.
