Tier 1 and Tier 2 PBNs for 2020?

Hi guys, been out here for a while and since going back to link building, I just noticed that Leith already stop the Genesis PBN, the person I ordered PBN before that I get great results suddenly flunk down. Only 1 remaining so far that I've been ordering but it's for tier 2 quality...

So... who still here are kicking ass that will last for 2020 and beyond? Preferably T1 and T2 best sellers so far, since we are almost at the end of the year, and because I'm ready to order again. TIA!
