Ticket system should be enable!

i was unable to access BHW from ip address 184.xxx.xx.xx coz i have been in virus attack and that ip adress was blcoked by BHW coz the virus was Spamming a lot. there have to be any system so that a user can post his query to unblock the ipaddress.

how about the ticket system, where the user directly gives info about what kind of Problem he is Facing while accessin BHW.

note:to BHW i am true user my user name is Hacks and i need my IP address Unban.
