Thunderbird Create Accounts

Is there a way to add email accounts to Thunderbird from a file?

Let's say I have 100 accounts with name/email/password in a file is there macro/bot/tool to create these accounts from the file?

Would this be something that could be done in theBat?

Based on lack of response and limited info found through search, either this cannot be done or no one has done it or has a need for it.

Can someone create a bot to do this?
