Throw it away or continue ? (domain)

I have a domain (psytechnologies.info) which was my first project which I started in the end of last year. At that time I was a total noob in SEO so I didn't spend my money wisely (on guest posts for example). I built many manual links from forums and directories and the anchor text is mostly brandable and naked.
The site has 31PA , 15 DA and 0 TF (sad) . I am currently in doubts, what to do with it , will I be able to increase TF if I invest and buy some valuable links (guest posts for example)? Or these backlinks have scr*ed the site and it is of no use ?
If it is not finished , I want to turn it into clickbank affiliate multiniche site in self-help niche (the domain topic is mental health) ... What are your valuable thoughts on this ? thanx

also the thing that dissapoints me, its the .info TLD, will it create me problems in ranking , so i need to redirect it to new domain ? waiting kindly for your advice
 
Most of the people trust a .com, but other.tlds can rank especially if local, I am more worried about the kind of links, are they from sites in your niche or did you just build them anywhere you could?

Links are from niche relevant sites adn blogs...
 
If you can get the .com by it and redirect the .info domain to .com.

Second, check the website through AHREF and see if the backlinks are good or not. As per me, the directories link is not good for SEO (now a days).
 
Check the backlinks and remove any that look spammy, and start building good quality ones, lots of helpful guides on here and if the .com is available buy it and redirect the .info to .com

Seams most of the backlinks from the FORUM. You can recreate it, they are easy to made. Try if you can get the TOP Level TLD domain.

New:
Just saw the .com domain is purchased by someone (even not for the sale). I suggest you to get a new domain, use same content and get the high quality backlinks. You will see boost in your DA/PA soon.

Yes , İ am thinking to buy com or net , İ prefered to change the domain name anyways . Now İ should think of a new domain name ... My niche will be very broad (self-help ,self development , mental health ) , neef to think something which will connect all of this
 
Doesn't seem to bad from the screenshot, you could have sent 20k links to it, you could always keep your .tld and help push it by your .com, or the other way around. My advice don't go to broad keep within a niche but have sections like self help, awareness etc

You can try to get your brand name, and add categories there, but keep in mind to buy the domain which is related to your niche.

So , would you recommend to register new domain and redirect the old , or buy an expired domain from this niche and redirect the old too ?

Just buy a new one and start from fresh (you can use your old website content).
