Throttle using Interspire Marketer

I am new to interspire and have like 22,000 contacts to send initial email. How do I throttle ie. send 300 first hour then 300 the next hour four 5 hours one day then send same number of emails the next. How do I automate this in interspire?

when you are using interspire , and if you have admin control panel there is an option in settings which asks you how many emails you wish to send per hour if you wish to throttle it.

As above, its in settings > email settings. I keep my at 100 per hour as I'm on shared hosting.
 
Thanks a million. Can I specify which times to send? Like 12:30 p.m to 6:30 p.m?
 
I believe you can schedule if you have cron setup on your server, I don't have any experience with this though.

I am also new with interspire.And I am trying to setup. In which type of VPS you installed it?
 
I Installed it in Linux Cent Os 6 2Gb vps
