Threshold DA needed to see significant more traffic?

I know this is a vague question but is there a certain domain authority score that starts bringing in significantly more traffic from search engines? I started a 1 and am now at 9 MOZ DA and noticing little increase. What is the magic range? 20-30, 30-40...?

It's a third party metric. Super shit at that. DA and traffic have pretty much no connection. I can show you domains spammed to death with DA30+, which will never have any traffic and vice versa.

Don't try to summarize all your SEO work, traffic and earnings by a cute little XY number.

Only thing that matters is how much you make. There is no other relevant "evaluation" of a website.

There's plenty of info online about how DA can be inflated. Stick to the foundational stuff.. build strong quality links and you'll see your traffic increase because of the good neighborhoods where your links are. DA is one metric but not a very reliable one. There's usually a lot more to the story (found in their link profile) for any website with a strong DA anyway.

Assuming that your are not manipulating DA, my experience that sites can start ranking for terms with sufficient search volume around DA 35.

Now keep in mind if you buy a ton of junky links or redirect domains you can be DA 35 over night but that doesn’t mean you will rank, as the other posters have mentioned.

However, if you are doing legitimate non manipulative link building, then around DA 35 is when you can expect to start seeing some nice rankings.

My experience is with blogs, so if your not running a blog then your mileage may vary. Almost every blog I have run has seen a bit of an increase in rankings after certain milestones, such as 50 posts, 100 posts, 200th post, 1 year old, and 2 years old. (This is also supported by a bunch of information online)

So keep building natural links, and keep producing quality content and keep working towards the various milestones.

DA by itself won't do anything if your content is riddled with errors. The only think links will fully guarantee you is your site being crawled more often.

DA doesn't have anything to do with Traffic. Even low DA site have more traffic. There are many Factors like content quality, keyword, site speed, quality links, how active your site, etc determines traffic. Traffic increases gradually when the site credibility and trust increases.
