I agree with your comment, but at the same time we're all here because we're trying to bend the rules to get what we want. Surely you're curating a backlink profile and not just letting people organically link to it of their own free will.

Manipulation of ranking factors on Google (whether it's "White Hat" or "Black Hat") is against Google's wishes.
For example you could argue that nepotism isn't as bad as bribery/corruption since the former isn't actually illegal, but at the end of the day they're both strategies to give you more influence/control over a system.

Ergo, White Hat people still get hit when Google tries to stamp out any form of ranking manipulation.

I got about a 20% increase across the board for my traffic now. Have to hope it keeps up and then grows, thank you very much google!

Now a days increasing website works and more work loaded in Google so their announces often updates

Because Google is unpredictable. Their faulty AI bots are trained to manipulate search results for increasing Adwords customers.
