I've had several articles written by a freelancer related to camping, all are unique and copyscape passed. However, another website is claiming that the articles are stealing there ideas, recommendations, categorization and in some places plaigirised.
I've checked one such article and some products are the same and the introduction is similar in tone, but there are massive differences.
Our article is 5,000 words and 15 products, there's is 3000 words and 8 products. All images are unique.
We also have quite a few sub topics covered, they have none.
I'm sure the freelancer probably rewrote sections from various sources, but there are zero exact matches.
Where do we stand from a copyright point of view? Could they sue us?
We live in another country for a start.
