I exposed a scammer today, not on this website but someone i met elsewhere. He's basically scamming people using WU. I talked to him via IM for a few mins and in response he said he obtained my h2ml? code and pasted it to me 34e.62c.4242.f22.175. <-- That's the code (i changed it around). I normally don't care much for these types of threats but it seems this guy has been doing this kind of thing for a long while. I'd just like to know if he can really do any damage with what he claims to have and if so what is the best way to protect my self. Thanks in advance.

If this was seriously his threat, then I'd say you have absolutely nothing to worry about. Aside from the fact that h2ml means nothing, the code that he scared you with, also means nothing. You basically got trolled.

Just tell him "Bring it on, baby!". If he hacks your stuff, he was for real but if he doesn't, you can be happy about life :)

Well, nothing much to worry, he just want to play punk style!

Tell him that if he does that you will find his home, and put a truck over it soon, or put your teeth into his neck sooner. Your choice of action...

Wow i also talk a hacker today on Skype she said me i am a hacker, but when i start to talk with her i understand she is just a big Noob and also don't know anything .

I pretty much understand how it must have gone for both of you! Condolences...

lmao does not take long for pages to get indexed around here huh? :)

We expose a lot of scammers here on BHW, and it's quite a regular effect here! The scammers also know most of us, esp those who were his customers. But none of them (ex-customers and members) got hacked/scammed later. So don't worry, you won't get hurt further... the scammers have no hard bones inside their asses.

There are a lot of people who are threatened with this once they are exposed. Just get a security system in place, I use Kaspersky and have never had a problem. It records logs of IPs, if you get the enterprise subscription. There are other options, but this is just the one I use. Stay safe and report back, I believe there are BHW detectives on hand, especially if you have been hacked or wronged. W1S0N is his user name here I think. (sorry if I got your name wrong, mate).

While we all know that W130SN could tell him what flavor toothpaste the scammer is using we should
try not to send people to other members just for research. Especially since it was a bogus threat and
not even related to BHW.

Yeah, had observed that many times. Big G and small MC are always glued to BHW for knowledge, and get an instant PR raise for G by ranking BHW threads in <30 seconds flat. ;) That's how they get PR9 or 10... let them stop putting BHW threads in the serps in <30 secs, then they can be sold on Flippa by anyone for 42 bucks on a DVD, delivery charges including! lol

1 - He is trolling
2 - Get Kaspersky or any decent antivirus and don't ask this question again :)

You have absolutely nothing to be worried about. 99.9% of the time someone says they are going to "hack" you, they are just pissed teenagers. It is an empty threat. I usually go right back at them about what I'm going to do to them when I find them. Usually works... good luck.

Oh no, that was not my intention at all. I just meant that if it did happen to the OP, that there is someone here who might be able to help is all. Nothing like that. Haha.

I understand buddy :) Only reason I mentioned it is because once pages like this index and people see
he is the man to go to his PM box might get full. Seen stuff like that happen.

Take care!

Hmmm, come to think of it, that might work out well for his bank account. :)
