Threads - warm up process for mass follow

Hi guys,

I have a Threads bot, but I keep getting banned when I mass follow, even after warming up (scrolling and liking). I’m creating the accounts myself (they’re about 2 weeks old), using residential rotating proxies + AdsPower. Any idea what I might be doing wrong? Also, what’s the correct setup or procedure to avoid bans? Thanks

Adspower
Proxy (not fraud high quality)
Not aged account (I create using proxy on the same adspower browser)
10 mins a day manually scrolling feed and like and ocasionally comment (not specific number)

Slow down your follow rate: age accounts at least 4 weeks, start with 30–50 follows/day, insert random 5–15s delays between actions, and mix in likes/comments/profile views.

Sounds like your fingerprint is getting flagged for botting, you need to randomize actions while following, set intervals, parse through framework doing nothing but “reading”, throw in a couple of other actions in there as well (liking, etc..).
