I recommend you to wait, maybe is like a delay from threads to avoid spam content, wait for a week if still the same with no views defeinitely you are shadow ban.

You might be shadow banned, just wait for some time and then post videos again. Make sure that the videos you'll share are high quality videos and then you can see what happened.

Social media is for promotion. If you dont get money out of the account then you are not supposed to promote the account but the other way around.
