In case you are asking what someone would offer, that also depends on the content on the account, and the audience aswell. Show the audience and someone can let you know.

Yes, absolutely. The traffic is coming mainly from stories and quote posts, and the audience is predominantly U.S.-based.

A quick update: I tested the Traffic with an Amazon product and made one direct sale—plus 54 additional orders came in. This is what it makes for now.

Depending of you niche you can sell some digital products: ebooks, or coaching programs, or leads to different services that are in you niche.

Congrats for the reach. Are you doing reels?

I'm testing with Amazon affiliate products.

Currently at 2000+ products ordered

E-Commerce affiliate offers are great way to monetize your traffic. In my opinion you need to try other options and compare profitability. Given your traffic from the US and the information you sent in previous posts, I would definitely try:
-Content lockers CPA to promote ebooks/Content for trending niches
-Affiliate VOD offers to US (It is always popular and brings great profitability.)

btw - Nice results. No matter what you promote, it will definitely pay off with a million-views reach.

With that volume, monetization = direct offers or lead funnels.
Pick 1 niche → send traffic to a simple landing → test CPL/CPA offers.
Scaling only works when your accounts + billing stay stable.
That’s why serious buyers focus on infrastructure first, then volume.
