Notice of European data protection law removal from Google Search

Due to a request under data protection law in Europe, Google can no longer show one or more pages from your site in Google Search results. This only affects responses to some search queries for names or other personal identifiers that might appear on your pages. Only results on versions of Google’s search results for countries applying European data protection law are affected. No action is required from you.

What we’d like you to know:

These pages haven’t been blocked entirely from our search results. They’ve only been blocked on certain searches for names on versions of Google’s search results for countries applying European data protection law. These pages will continue to appear for other searches.

We aren’t disclosing which queries have been affected. In addition, to comply with developments in European law, which seek to prevent the identification of the requester, we are no longer disclosing the affected URLs.

Need more help?

Why do they not disclose the URL at least so we can improve!??

Anyone know how to figure out what pages that are, we have tens of thousands pages on this site!

google is a very different place, if you find the holes, you become a leader, if you do everything right, there will always be such obstacles.

I'm not an expert on the matter but this usually happens when someone wants to wipe their personal name/details off from Google.

So you likely had articles of someone and that someone just requested the removal through Google.

Actually my question was
Why do they not disclose the URL at least so we can improve!??

Anyone know how to figure out what pages that are, we have tens of thousands pages on this site!

this is usually when a person has asked for a data protection removal of something usually showing a personal data of some kind. you may be able to request through the google support some kind of explanation to make sure you don't put the content up again.

The replies in this thread are hilarious and remind me of when I try to buy SEO services from the many users here on BHW – they never read what you write and just respond with ‘YEAH YEAH,’ and when they've messed everything up, they also just go ‘YEAH YEAH, your fault, by the way, do you have a new order?
