Thread Ratings

I believe the thread ratings are gone. At least on my phone. I liked the thread ratings in the marketplace sections, would give me an idea of who is good to buy from and what to expect.

Sorry if this has already been brought up in another thread or if I am just missing where to view the rating.

The ratings were a disaster as competitors would lower the stars. I found it more helpful if I am going to spend a good amount of money to go through the thread and make my determination from there.

^this. The thread ratings got abused. Threads will have a like count next to them (not all threads will show this yet) so you'll be able to see the cumulative amount of likes on a thread which will give you an indication of how many people found it useful.

Ok the like thing is cool! I will probably go off of that. Competitors will still try to find a way to manipulate the likes I bet. That's just a part of business sometimes. I don't usually feel like spending an hour reading through each thread. Appreciate the responses!

That and people hand likes out like they are ego candy, or they're trying to build their post/rep count. I would suggest only displaying likes from just the OP, someone could respond with pertinent questions, quirky comments and skew the total count.
